1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to SEOLetters (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Allquill Solutions. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SEOLetters website, application, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document will change. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Description of the Service

SEOLetters is an AI-assisted content platform. Its core function — the thing your subscription pays for — is content generation: topic clusters, article titles, full articles (blog posts, business pages, and news-style articles), long-form documents, and publishing of that content to platforms you connect, such as WordPress, Shopify, and webhook destinations.

Alongside the core function, the Service provides complimentary extras, including keyword research and data tools, per-article enhancements, and a monthly credit bonus. These extras are addressed separately in Section 6, and it is important that you read that section: the extras are not part of the purchased service and their availability is not tied to the fees you pay.

The Service relies on third-party AI models and data providers. Output quality, availability, and behaviour of those third parties can change without notice and are outside our control.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised use.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3a. One Account, One Person

Each account is licensed to a single individual. Sharing login credentials with another person, or operating one account across multiple simultaneous users, is not permitted. The Service enforces this technically: signing in on a new device ends any active session elsewhere, and accounts showing patterns consistent with shared use may be reviewed, limited, or suspended without refund. If several people need access, each person needs their own account.

3b. Credits and Research Tools Are a Complimentary Bonus

Subscription plans are purchased for the content generation service described in Section 2: unlimited article generation plus your plan’s included site connections. Credits, and the keyword research and data tools they unlock, are a complimentary bonus provided as-is. They are not part of the purchased service, their functionality is not tied to the fees you pay, and their availability, pricing in credits, feature set, or continued existence may change at any time without notice or compensation.

The single exception is credit packs (Section 7): when you purchase additional credits, you are buying those credits themselves, and we will honour them per Section 7. This exception applies only to credits bought in packs, not to the complimentary monthly bonus credits included with plans.

No refund, credit, or compensation is owed for changes to, interruptions of, or removal of complimentary features, including keyword research tools, data tools, or bonus credits.

4. The Free Tier

Every account includes a permanent free tier. It is not a time-limited trial and does not expire. It includes:

• Three (3) full articles per calendar month, resetting on the first day of each month. Unused free articles do not roll over.
• Unlimited topic cluster generation, always free for every account.
• Unlimited title generation, always free for every account.

The free tier exists so you can evaluate the Service properly before paying. We may adjust the free tier’s scope prospectively (for example, the monthly article count) but will not retroactively remove articles you have already generated.

The free tier is per person, not per account. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free articles is a violation of these Terms and grounds for suspension of all associated accounts.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period stated at purchase (monthly or annual). Prices are shown at checkout and may change; changes apply from your next billing period, never retroactively.

Each plan includes a stated number of active site connections (“slots”). Connections beyond your plan’s allowance remain saved on your account with their credentials and history but are locked until you choose which sites occupy your slots, unlock an additional slot with credits, or upgrade. Slots unlocked with credits last until your plan’s next renewal, at which point the selection process runs again against your plan’s included slots.

If your subscription lapses, your generated content and connections remain stored, but subscription-gated features (including publishing) lock until you resubscribe. The free tier in Section 4 continues to apply to lapsed accounts.

Renewing early extends from your current expiry date; you never lose paid days by renewing before expiry.

6. No Refunds

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR PRORATED REIMBURSEMENT FOR ANY PAYMENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: PARTIALLY USED BILLING PERIODS, UNUSED CREDITS, UNUSED FREE OR BONUS FEATURES, ACCOUNTS SUSPENDED OR TERMINATED FOR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS, DISSATISFACTION WITH AI-GENERATED OUTPUT, OR CHANGES TO COMPLIMENTARY FEATURES.

The permanent free tier (Section 4) exists precisely so you can evaluate the Service — including generating complete, full-length articles — before paying anything. By subscribing, you confirm you have had that opportunity.

The only exceptions to this policy are: (a) where a refund is required by applicable law that cannot be contracted out of; and (b) duplicate charges caused by a payment processing error on our side, which we will correct.

Automatic credit refunds for failed operations (Section 7) are returns of credits to your in-app balance, not monetary refunds, and do not create any monetary refund obligation.

Your statutory rights are preserved. Nothing in this section removes or limits any mandatory cooling-off period, cancellation right, or refund entitlement granted to you by consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where such a right applies to you, it takes precedence over the no-refund policy above to the extent required by that law.

7. Credits: How They Work

Credits are an in-app unit used by the complimentary research tools and per-article extras. The current cost of each action is shown in the pricing panel inside the app and may change prospectively at any time.

• Article generation never costs credits. It is unlimited on every plan and covered by the free tier otherwise.
• Failed operations refund their credits automatically to your balance.
• Running out of credits never stops you writing. Articles continue to generate; only credit-charged extras pause until you top up.
• Unused credits roll over and do not expire while your account exists.
• Credit packs are available to active subscribers only. Purchased pack credits are added to your balance immediately upon successful payment. Pack purchases are non-refundable per Section 6.
• Credits have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money.

Attempting to obtain, duplicate, or spend credits through technical manipulation is a material breach of these Terms.

7a. Research and Keyword Data

The keyword ideas, search volumes, competition levels, cost-per-click estimates, ranking data, and other research figures shown in the Service are obtained from third-party data providers. All such figures are estimates. They may be delayed, rounded, sampled, aggregated, incomplete, or affected by location, language, device, time period, account history, market conditions, and each provider’s own methodology.

Figures from different providers may not match one another, and figures may change between one lookup and the next. We do not warrant that any keyword will receive a particular number of searches, that any page will achieve a particular ranking, or that any figure is exact, current, or free of error.

You are responsible for reviewing this information and making your own content, advertising, and business decisions based on it. Research and data tools are complimentary features as described in Section 3b, and their accuracy is not tied to the fees you pay.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others;
• Generate spam, deceptive content, or content intended to manipulate search engines in violation of the published policies of search providers;
• Circumvent, probe, or interfere with the Service’s technical or billing controls, including session enforcement, credit charging, site slot limits, or rate limits;
• Access the Service through automated means other than the interfaces we provide;
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a service without our written agreement, or expose its features through another application or API;
• Use automated bots, scripts, or scraping tools against the Service without our written approval, or collect, harvest, or build a standalone database from the data the Service returns;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service’s source code, models, or underlying data sources.

Fair-use limits. Plans may include limits on searches, generated words, document length, requests, projects, publishing actions, or stored reports. We may apply reasonable rate limits to protect service stability, control third-party data costs, and prevent automated harvesting. Repeated attempts to circumvent account restrictions, usage limits, or security controls may result in restriction or termination.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund, per Section 6.

9. AI-Generated Content: Your Responsibility

Content produced by the Service is generated by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content can contain factual errors, outdated information, fabricated references or links, unintended similarity to existing works, or statements that do not reflect your views. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing all generated content before publishing or otherwise relying on it.

You own the content you generate through the Service, to the extent we hold any rights in it, and we assign those rights to you. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with the law and with the policies of any platform where you publish it.

We make no warranty that generated content will rank in search engines, be accepted by any platform, or achieve any particular commercial result.

10. Third-Party Platforms and Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (such as WordPress, Shopify, and payment processors) and relies on third-party AI and data providers. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, changes to their interfaces or policies, or actions they take regarding your accounts or content.

When you connect a site, you confirm you are authorised to publish to it. Credentials you provide for connections are used solely to operate the features you invoke.

11. Your Data and Retention

We store your account information, generated content, saved projects, connections, and billing state to operate the Service. Activity logs used for support and abuse prevention are retained for 90 days and then automatically deleted.

SEOLetters also stores certain settings in your browser’s local storage; clearing browser data will erase those local settings.

You may stop using the Service at any time. On written request we will delete your account data, except records we are legally required to keep (such as payment records).

12. Service Availability and Changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, and technical faults can cause downtime. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time; complimentary features in particular (Section 3b) may change without notice.

No downtime or feature change creates a refund obligation, per Section 6.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Where practical, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to correct the issue first.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature survive termination (including Sections 6, 9, 14, and 15) survive.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEOLETTERS AND ALLQUILL SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR GENERATED CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR FRAUD OR WILFUL MISCONDUCT, OR ANY PROTECTED CONSUMER RIGHT.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEOLetters, Allquill Solutions, and their officers and personnel from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Allquill Solutions is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence applies.
